Shipping

We ship all our green coffee using the US Postal Service Priority Mail. You should receive your order in approximately 3-4 business days. We ship our Hottop roasters via Federal Express, free of charge.

Your shipping costs for green coffee are exactly our costs--no handling fee, no markup. Orders over 20 lbs. will be shipped in two separate boxes. We've looked at the options, and this approach gives you the most value for your money. If you wish to order more than 40 lbs., please contact us for larger quantity shipping options.

Returns Policy

If you find that a coffee you selected is not matching the cupping notes, please let us know as we can help figure out the cause--roasting, brewing, etc. That said, everyone tastes things differently. We put many hours into cupping and reviewing our coffees, but that does not guarantee that you will taste the same things we do. When you contact us, we will verify that you received the coffee you ordered and help troubleshoot any issues you may be having, including roast techniques, roast profiling, and brewing methods. If you are still not satisfied, you can return any green coffee and we will issue a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we shipped you the wrong item.

We do not accept returns on roasted coffee.
